Human Resources Information Technology (HRIS) fundamental course was taught at Baruch College, part of CUNY schools, instructed by Ali Dalipi. This course empowered HR & Payroll professionals with the knowledge and skills needed to build a Human Capital Management (HCM) system that moved careers from an administrative role to a strategic business partner. The class refined project management skills and taught how to design, implement, execute (go live) and be a super trainer.
